Before you start the process, please read the NFA registration requirements that apply to the situations listed below.

NFA IB and CTA registration requirements (US Solicitors only*)

• If you plan to operate your IB operation in the US – IB Registration is required
• If you plan to solicit clients who reside in the US – IB Registration is required
• If you plan to manage the accounts of the clients who reside in the US – IB & CTA Registrations are required

The CMS Forex IB program application consists of 3 steps:

Step 1: Request an IB Application from ibservices@cmsfx.com. After you have completed and signed the IB Application and necessary documents, you must send the form and all necessary documents as attachments to us at ibservices@cmsfx.com.

Step 2: Due diligence performed by CMS Compliance Department.

Step 3: Review and approved by Back Office.
